Benidorm Beaches
Benidorm beaches proudly boasts ownership of the blue flag award. This symbol is awarded for the high standard of cleanliness and safety measures taken. Police patrol presence is very strong in and around these areas making sure you the tourist are safe
Playa Levante
“Sunrise beach” as it is other wise known runs along the front of the city centre and is the main seafront stop. Benidorms promenade is lined with bars café’s and restaurants which all come with amazing ocean views
A little over 2 kilometres in length with over 5,000 sun beds.
During the summer months the resort can become quite busy and packed. You may well be the sort of person who enjoys thoughts like where did I leave the kids before I went for the ice cream, but what we have to remember is not everyone may like what you do and much prefer a more secluded spots.
Well rest assured there are several bays where the only interruption you would get is from the waves that come rolling in and swish around the pebbles and fine shingle before retreating back only to repeat this performance.
Golden sand and clear waters with the palm trees help beautify the whole of the promenade. You will find this beach in pristine condition throughout the year.
Holiday makers with disabilities have been catered for in Benidorm .
Facilities include; Water sports of every description, children’s playgrounds/ swinging bridges/diving boards/rafts/slides all these for your entertainment.
Ensuring your safety life guards are stationed all over.
Sun tanned glossed and glazed to a perfect bronze in Spain.
Poniente
Not much further than the old town you have Playa Poniente. Measuring at over 3 kilometres; it is also much quieter than Playa Levante to the East. Again crystal clear waters and yes you will be glad to hear that palm trees once again follow along side by side on the front.
Playa Mal Pas – Mal Pas Cove
Just by the cities harbour a small and lot less crowded this cove is sedated with calmness and is a very pleasant spot with nice surroundings. Unfortunately this cove does not get many visitors due to the fact that they do not know of its existence.
Well worth a visit.
No dogs are allowed on the beach but that does not mean that Benidorm is not the place for your family pet many people take their dogs or cat on holiday.
The beaches of Benidorm are man made and judging by the quality give me this type of seaside resort any day.
